JKP SI Physical Test Admit Card to the candidates for Physical Standard Test (PST)/ Physical Endurance Test (PET) for the post of Sub Inspector, Home Department.

As per the office notice No. JKSSB-COEOEXAM(UT)/54/2022-03(7057013) dated 06-11-2023, the following information is being sent to candidates for their knowledge: the Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Endurance Test (PET) for the Sub Inspector position in the Home Department, which was announced through Advertisement Notification No. 06 of 2021, Item No. 668, will be held at the Jammu & Kashmir Centres, respectively, on the dates listed below:

The candidates are also advised to be in touch with the JKSSB’s official website (www.jkssb.nic.in) for the latest updates on the examinations and Admit cards will not be sent by post.

Stepwise procedure to download JKSSB E-Admit Card

1.  To download the E-Admit Card, first visit the official website of JKSSB, i.e., www.jkssb.nic.in.
2. On the homepage, there will be an option to download an E-Admit Card.
3. On that page, click on the link/button -“LOGIN”.
4. Enter log-in credentials, i.e., Username and Password.
5. Username will be your E-mail ID & Password will be your Date of Birth in DDMMYYYY format.
6. On successful completion of above step, your basic details will be shown, kindly verify the details, in case of any mismatch, please contact helpdesk via call or email.
7. Click on the “View and Print E-Admit Card’ button.
8. The JKSSB E-Admit Card will appear on the screen.
9. Candidate must bring a clear printed copy of the E-admit card on the day of their PST/PET.
10.  Download and Print your JKSSB E-admit card.

JKP SI Physical Test Eligibility

JKP SIPhysical Standard:

For Males:

i) Height: 5’-6” (minimum)

ii) Chest girth: 32” (unexpanded)

iii) Chest girth: 331/2” (expanded)

For Females:

1. Height: 5’-2” ( minimum )

Provided that for the candidates belonging to the Gorkha Community, the minimum Height shall be relaxable by 2”.

The candidates who meet the above physical standard shall be required to undergo the Physical Endurance Test.

JKP SI Physical Endurance Test

For Male candidates Long Race: 1600 meters in 61/2 minutes (Six minutes thirty seconds)

Pushups: 20 (one cycle of up and down to be counted as one) .

For Female candidates Long Race: 1000 meters in 61/2 minutes (Six minutes and thirty seconds)

Shot put (4Kgs) : 141/2 feet in three attempts

Physical Standard Test and Physical Endurance Test Documents Required

Candidates have to bring two passport-size recent colour photographs and one original Photo ID Proof while appearing for the PST and PET.  Photo ID Proof can be:          

 1) Aadhaar Card/ Printout of E-Aadhaar,           

2) Voter’s ID Card,            

3) Driving License,           

 4) PAN Card,           

 5) Passport,                  

  6) College/University I Card,            

7) Employer ID Card (Govt./ PSU/ Private), etc.
